On distingue par alignement individuel tout action par lequel l&rsquo;administration d\u00e9finit les limites exactes d&rsquo;une voie publique par rapport \u00e0 la parcelle. A noter, la proc\u00e9dure de bornage ne s&rsquo;applique pas \u00e0 la d\u00e9signation d&rsquo;un domaine public (en particulier concernant la voie publique). La pr\u00e9sente d\u00e9claration individuelle est \u00e9mise sous forme d&rsquo;arr\u00eat\u00e9 par le pr\u00e9fet d\u00e9partemental ou du maire, selon le type de route. On ne peut pas vous le vous refuser.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>ALIGNEMENT<\/strong> : L\u2019alignement est la limite du domaine public routier au droit des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s riveraines. Un arr\u00eat\u00e9 fixant l\u2019alignement est pris suivant celui-ci s\u2019il existe, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut, suivant un alignement individuel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>ALIGNEMENT INDIVIDUEL<\/strong> : il est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par l\u2019autorit\u00e9 comp\u00e9tente de la limite du domaine public routier au droit des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s riveraines, en l\u2019absence d\u2019un plan d\u2019alignement.
